Welcome to Doyle Student Rentals - we hope that after you learn about us and see our properties that you too will join our family!
We are a small family run organization. You will interact with the owners, Nancy & Jim, and their four daughters, Tasha, Alex, Zoe and Paige, on a regular basis. We treat our tenants as family.
Our properties don't look like typical student rental housing - this is intentional.
We want our tenant family to feel welcome and at home when they stay with us. That means fresh cheerful paint on the walls, updated flooring, and nice furniture.
We strive to make renting from us easy and worry free. What does that mean for you? We take the items that are most important to tenants and include them... we have FREE onsite parking for all of our undergrad housing, all of our units have onsite laundry*, all utilities (except wifi) are included and our units are nicely furnished.
How do we differ from other landlords and management companies?
Take a look at our property pictures and actual guided virtual video tours - we think our units speak for themselves. In addition, we don't set the rent low and then make up the difference with nuisance fees and added costs. Parking in our onsite lots for each undergrad unit is FREE (that is a $400 value alone). Want to bring your own bed?...a lot of tenants do, and that's ok with us, we don't charge you to remove ours. We don't charge application fees, credit check fees, common area maintenance fees or back charge for trash service. We also include a service that mows the lawn and shovels the snow from the sidewalks. We have multiple payment plans clearly listed on our leases - and if you need something other than one there, just let us know, we work with you.
We know that our tenants don't just live here while school is in session, so we include the winter break at no additional charge. Summer housing, early move in and extended move out are available for every unit.
One of the most important things about who you rent from is how they respect you, both now and after you are a tenant.
Tired of your landlord just walking in?...We give at least 24 hours notice before coming into a unit, whether it's for a tour or scheduled maintenance. If there is an emergency and we need access immediately (think plumbing or heating problem); we will still contact you before we come in. Also, every single one of our tenants has Nancy's personal cell phone (which is answered 24 hours a day). We respond quickly whether it's for a question, repair request or tour.

*961 Church St is a new property for us. It will undergo renovations over the summer of 2021 and we hope to add onsite laundry as well.
